Shipping Information
CONCEIVE PLUS is a US brand that has been helping couples to get pregnant since 2008! All Conceive Plus orders are shipped directly from our US fulfillment centers, located in Pennsylvania, California and Rhode Island.

USA Shipping and Delivery Time
Orders placed before 1PM CST are shipped on the same day.
Economy (4-7 days) $4.95
Standard (2-4 days) $5.95
Express (1-2 days) $9.99

Discreet Packaging
Conceive Plus respects the privacy of our customers. Orders are shipped in plain discreet packaging.

International
Taxes, shipping and other charges do not apply to the minimum purchase requirement. International orders may be shipped from our global distribution centers located in Hong Kong, Europe, Australia, India and UK.
Delivery Methods & Tracking
Conceive Plus ship all orders with tracking. You can track your order on our ORDER TRACKING page
Orders are delivered premium carriers including USPS, Fedex, and UPS.
Emails and SMS notifications provide your tracking number and update status of your order delivery at each stage. You can also log onto ‘My Account’ and check the shipping status of your order.
Undeliverable Packages
Sometimes orders are returned to us undeliverable or the delivery address is incorrect. If this happens, you are able to get the package resent. We will ask you to pay a $6 shipping fee to resend your returned order due to incorrect address. Shipping charges are not refundable.
Not At Home to Receive Your Delivery
If the parcel is delivered and you are not there to receive it, a card may be left asking you to collect the parcel from your local postal office. You have the option to enter a shipping address for your order to be delivered at your work address.
No Dispatch Days
Please note that Conceive Plus does not dispatch on public holidays, and your order may take an extra 1-2 days for delivery after a public holiday.
Customs Charges
Unfortunately, we cannot control customs clearance and additional charges applied to international orders on entry to the country outside of the United States and these charges must be paid for by the customer.
Privacy and Discreet Packaging
We respect your privacy and we ship discreetly. Orders are packaged in standard brown cartons or standard shipping company packaging with no indication of the contents. We aim to provide you with the best products and the highest level of service.
Missing Orders
Non delivery of orders must be reported to us within 14 days of receiving your tracking number.
*Business days do not include weekends or public holidays such as New Year’s Day, Martin Luther King Jr. Day, President’s Day, Memorial Day, 4th of July, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, and Christmas.
