These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of conceive_plus ("the App"), a TikTok integration operated by SASMAR, INC. ("we", "us", or "our"). By connecting your TikTok account to conceive_plus, you agree to these Terms.

1. Description of the App

conceive_plus is a proprietary business tool developed by SASMAR, INC. to manage the official Conceive Plus TikTok presence. The App connects to TikTok's API to:

  • Publish and schedule video content to TikTok
  • Access performance analytics and reporting for published content
  • Manage TikTok advertising campaigns for Conceive Plus products
  • Monitor advertising performance data and optimise campaigns

2. Eligibility

This App is for internal use by authorised employees and contractors of SASMAR, INC. only. Use of this App by unauthorised parties is strictly prohibited.

3. TikTok API Usage

The App accesses the TikTok API in compliance with TikTok's Developer Terms of Service and Platform Policies. We use only the scopes necessary for the described functionality:

  • video.publish — To publish video content to the Conceive Plus TikTok account
  • video.list — To retrieve and monitor published video performance
  • research.adlib.basic — To access advertising library data for campaign management
  • tiktok.analytics — To access performance analytics for content and advertising

4. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to use the App to:

  • Publish content that violates TikTok's Community Guidelines or Terms of Service
  • Collect or store TikTok user data beyond what is described in our Privacy Policy
  • Engage in any activity that violates applicable laws or regulations
  • Access TikTok accounts other than the authorised Conceive Plus business accounts

5. Data Usage

All data accessed through the TikTok API is used solely for internal business purposes as described in our Privacy Policy. We do not sell, share, or monetise TikTok user data.

6. Intellectual Property

All content published through the App, including product images, videos, and copy, is owned by or licensed to SASMAR, INC. The Conceive Plus brand, logo, and associated intellectual property are owned by SASMAR, INC.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "as is" for internal business use. SASMAR, INC. makes no warranties regarding the availability or performance of the TikTok API or the App.

8. Limitation of Liability

SASMAR, INC. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the App or TikTok API.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App following any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
