    I never took iron at night before until these and I never took gummies until these... taste starts off good then gets that gagging iron taste then goes back to grape flavor lol the quick taste changes is the most funny out of it.. I don't know if it's helping me but I don't get constipated from this iron gummy like I do from regular iron pills.. I think it's easier on the stomach I'm about to take 2 before after writing this and I may repurchase this too
